Warranty

JEN offers a limited waranty against deffects in materials and workmanship from one year from date of purchase from an authorized JEN dealer. This means that if the materials or workmanship are proven defective, JEN will replace them at no cost to you at our option. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your sunglasses or expect us to fix it for free. If JEN products are not considered defective, (scratched sunglasses and goggle lenses are not covered under our warranty) JEN will replace your product at a reasonable charge.

Please ship your JEN warranty items UPS, FEDEX, or insured US MAIL in a box with your proof of purchase, return address, day time phone number and e-mail address to:
